Vegas Police Change Fender-Bender Policy

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has confirmed a change in how it handles minor accidents, KSNV MyNews3.com reported Feb. 24. Starting March 3, police officers will not respond to minor property-only accidents. Drivers involved in non-injury accidents will have to exchange information and file an accident report within 10 days as required by the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles.
