But because most of us often take pictures on smartphones and digital cameras these days, they may be at risk of being accidentally deleted or lost to a technology glitch. More than two-thirds of Americans, in fact, share the majority of their photos either by posting them on social media or flipping through images on a phone or computer, according to Allstate’s “It’s Not Just Stuff” survey.
